I started my company almost a year ago. When we started up we were working with template files and typing each documents information into the templates.

We started a new collection agency in August 2004 and I had the following problems:
- Working from templates was extremely time consuming.
- The margin for error was a huge risk and reality especially when processing high volumes of work.
- The monitoring of where some of the processes were was a nightmare, especially when you are dealing with more than a few courts and using sheriffs across South Africa.

- By entering data once we were amazed to note the time saved in preparing documents.
- We made no errors when processing high volumes of work.
- A powerful and effective search engine made getting needed information quickly a pleasure.
- The system added costs and the calculation of costs and interest are accurate and are easy to change should there be any change in the default cost structure of our company.
- The managment reports are all automated and informative which saved us more than 80% of the time previously used to compile these administrative reports ourselves. We can for example monitor whether a particular document is at a certain sheriff or court with a touch of a key. Reports for clients are a normal printout. Growth graphs and other data make it possible for instant projections that would have taken us days to compile.
- Our quality of service has been greatly improved.
- The capacity of the amount of matters has greatly increased and so did our profit margin.
In summary we appreciate the time and effort put into LegalSoft as this package has become a necessity for our company to function effectively. To be able to rent this software at this price, has enabled us to cover the additional cost of the rental and increase our nett profit.
